Photographer Granada Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You can move your session to another date or time free of charge if you let me know at least 7 days before the original date, subject to availability. Changes with less notice may be harder to accommodate, but I’ll always do my best.

Your refund depends on how far in advance you cancel:

• 30 days or more before your session: full refund.
• Between 15 and 29 days before your session: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before your session: no refund. If my schedule allows, I’ll try to find you a new date instead.

An administrative fee is deducted from any refund, including a full refund:

• €60 for photo sessions.
• €90 for surprise proposals, which include planning in advance.

Email me at info@photographergranada.com with the name the booking is under and the date of your session. I’ll confirm your cancellation and the amount of your refund within 24 hours. Refunds are made by PayPal or bank transfer, as you prefer, within 14 days.

Light rain or clouds are no reason to stop. If heavy rain makes the session impossible, we’ll try to move it to another day or time. If that isn’t possible, you’ll get a full refund minus the administrative fee (€60 for photo sessions, €90 for surprise proposals).

Cancellations on my side are very rare. If I ever have to cancel or change your session, you can choose between a new date or a full refund of everything you paid, with no fees deducted.

Photo sessions are leisure services booked for a specific date, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Article 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act). The conditions above apply instead.
