Photographer Granada Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions can be canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled date with a full refund.
• If canceled within 30 days but before 15 days of the scheduled session, 50% of the total contracted session price will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as a processing and handling fee.
• If canceled within the 15 days prior to the session, no refund will be made. However, we will try to reschedule the session if availability allows.
• Surprise proposal sessions include prior planning. A €90 planning fee will be deducted from any refund in accordance with the above cancellation policies.
• You can reschedule your session up to 7 days before the original date, subject to availability.

• We make every reasonable effort to deliver an experience that meets the descriptions on our website.
• Although cancellations or changes are rare, we reserve the right to modify or cancel a session if necessary. In such cases, you may either reschedule or receive a full refund for your booking.
